When The Road Gets Narrow

As in the days of Noah… Matthew 24:37-29 But in the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as n the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day of Noah entered the ark. And know not until the flood came, and took them all away: so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

We are In the days of everyone doing what is right In there own eyes. we try to approach warn and even give counsel to no avail. They are full of themselves and desire not the truth. Therefore do not let sin control your mortal body so that you obey its desire Romans 6:12 “Why are you angry” said the LORD to Cain “and why has your countenance fallen? If you so what is right will you not be accepted ? BUT if you refuse to do what is right, sin is crouching at your door, you are its object of desire, but YOU must master it.  The word lays it out for us. For men will be lovers of themselves “selfish,” “self-centered,” “self absorbed,” lovers of money, boastful, proud, verbally abusive, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self control, brutal, not lovers. We all desire love what I have learned when we don’t grow up in a healthy environment as a child we forever seek it out to fill up our love cup only to have a trail of broken relationships. WE are consumed by feeling of rejection, guilt, shame never enough.

WE look to the outside to fulfill what we did not get some at the costs of themselves. WE live in a society that is more addicted. It shows we are empty and want someone or some thing to fill the void. “Shame corrodes the very part of us that believes we are capable of change” WE fear people knowing the real us for fear of disconnection. If you trade your authencity for safety, you may experience the following: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction, rage, blame, resentment, and inexplicable grief. WHO is our lives being molded by? We are created in His image and we are to let the life of Christ flow out of us. When we seek our image outside the Christ life we will forever be empty. If we are to be free from this worlds desires we must make a choice. WE cant ride two horses with one ass..How it grieves my heart to see them turn away from His love He so freely gives.. Why we hold onto the sin that so easily besets us. Giving all for what does not satisfy. WE are not to try to carry them to the promised land only He makes a way out of no way. WE are the carriers of Him not man. When we loose sight of who we are we self defeat. We attack who He is. Truth, peace, love, patience, kindness, long suffering, gentleness, meekness and self control.

BE STRONG and courageous; do not be afraid or terrified of them, for it IS the Lord your God who goes with you: He will never leave you or forsake you. Some of us have well trodden roads that lead only to a rut that we have traveled all our lives. It a grave a pit we have fallen into and see no light to get out of.

His light and voice is the only way out for the revealing of your true value, identity and worth can only come from the one who created you.   The Father longs for you to take up your cross and follow HIM. It is a denying of self for His life to flow through you. The road is narrow and sometimes painful and even lonely. In my history with solitude One with Him comes with a price. The love He showers us with is far greater than anything this world has to offer. Its yet a vapor we are only passing through.

His heart for the broken was forever sealed with blood shed. May we put on Christ until He grows up on the inside.

Its never to late to start again allow His attributes to be the center of your heart. His will restore every part of your heart. Your soul longs to know Him as the restorer of your mind will and emotions before the fall of man to our original value. Look into the eyes of love He will fulfill the longings of your heart.

May you live fully alive to HIS love as His cherished Bride.  The road is narrow and few find it will it be YOU!
